Positioned a short jaunt from the open water of the Bay and the Easton Village marina, this boater-friendly neighborhood features a clubhouse, pool, fitness center, six-acre park, & over 50 acres of preserved wetlands. A true intersection between open air and urban connectivity.

Beacon Pointe Homes join the community in the final phase of development and featured ten home designs ranging from 1,000 to well over 4,000 square feet.

San Domingo Cove - Preferred Builder

This beautifully designed custom home community is located at the foot of historic Saint Michaels, Maryland, and is only a footpath away from shops, restaurants, and the town's marina. The development was parceled so the each homesite backed to it's own private shoreline and view of San Domingo Creek. 

Each home has been uniquely designed for it's buyer and they range from traditional to somewhat modern in style.

 

The community was completed in 2021.
